5 Signs You May Be Social Media Depressed. How can you tell if you are?

5 Signs You May Be Social Media DepressedI recently met up with an old friend who I hadn’t heard much from in a while. I asked the inevitable question, “Are you on Facebook?”  She looked embarrassed. Finally, she told me she left Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other sites because they depressed her and caused her not to want to take part in real life.
