Florida Sales Tax Holiday 2014
Aug 1,2 and 3rd is the annual Sales Tax Holiday in Florida which starts at 12:01 a.m. on Friday Aug. 1st and ends at midnight on Sunday, Aug. 3rd.
As the main feature of the sales tax holiday, no tax will be collected on sales of clothing footwear, and certain accessories selling for $100 or less per item, on certain school supplies selling for $15 or less per item. And on the first $750 of the sales price for computers and certain computer-related accessories when purchased for noncommercial home or personal use.
The Florida Sales Tax Holiday 2014 offers a a higher maximum on clothing items which is increased to $100 or less per item.
